Reservation Conditions:
Reservation: To make the reservation effective, the corresponding deposit (150-euros) must be paid within 48 hours to the account number provided, indicating the name of the person making the reservation and dates of stay. If the amount is not received within 48 hours after the reservation is made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
Methods of payment: The remaining amount must be paid in cash during the stay.
Cancellation policy: As ageneral rule, if the cancellation is made before 15 days, the deposit can be recovered, after which time NO refund of the deposit will be made.
Weekend and long weekends rentals: Departure from the accommodation can be extended until 5.00 p.m., at no additional cost and provided that the availability of the accommodation allows it and authorized by the owner.
Weekly and fortnightly rentals: Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
Reception and key handover: in the same rural house. Upon arrival, a person will be waiting to welcome you and offer information about routes, places of interest, nearby stores,… and any questions that may arise.
