If the amount is not received within 48 hours after the reservation is made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>Methods of payment: The remaining amount must be paid in cash during the stay.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cancellation policy: As a<\/em>general rule, if the cancellation is made before 15 days, the deposit can be recovered, after which time NO refund of the deposit will be made.<\/p>\n<p><em>Weekend and long weekends rentals:<\/em> Departure from the accommodation can be extended until 5.00 p.m., at no additional cost and provided that the availability of the accommodation allows it and authorized by the owner.<\/p>\n<p><em>Weekly and fortnightly rentals<\/em>: Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p><em>Reception and key handover<\/em>: in the same rural house.
